Cancellation
We accept cancellation of an order before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. The customer has the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this also applies to returns); Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of receipt. You will also be notified if your return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Returns (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take a while for the refund to officially appear. Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the phone number.
